![]() ![]() I'm here to take up some of your time and ask for a solution to a problem I'm encountering while restoring some backups. The AOMEI Backupper is a terrific program and it would be most helpful if I could be assisted in getting this issue resolved I can run windows built in system image backup which appears to function correctly (although I have not attempted a restore from this). I have noticed, via the forums, that similar problems have happened to other users but no solution has been forthcoming. I have also run the backup without compression in case this was the issue (only saves 10% of space) but this did not help either. On the PC I also ran dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and sfc /scannow and all is OK. I have run CHKDSK on the PC and the external drives and no errors are shown. ![]() I reinstalled this and also tried reinstalling 3.1. The issue occurs on whichever disk is used. I regularly backup separately to two external Hard Disks Seagate 3TB and a WD 2TB. Operating System: Windows 10 on a Dell XPS 2720 Ldmio.cpp(89): No dynamic disks are found. DiskNumber:2.ĭiskinfo.h(69): Failed to ReadSector in IsGptDisk.ĭiskinfo.h(433): Failed to ReadSector in IsGptDisk.ĭyndisk.cpp(213): Failed to RegQueryValueEx on GetSysDgGuid. ::GetFileAttributesA(sCurPath) != INVALID_FILE_ATTRIBUTES return code: 0x00000000, NetworkMgr.cpp(208).ĭiskinfo.h(451): Failed to init GPT style table. The log file is large but the section relating to the failure is shown below:Ġ ]::GetFileAttributesA(sCurPath) != INVALID_FILE_ATTRIBUTES return code: 0x00000000, NetworkMgr.cpp(208). ![]() If I then 'Check Image' it fails with the same error message. If I do the backup without a verify then it is available via the program app and the image can be fully explored and all looks OK. If I do the backup and verify as a continuous exercise the backup is not listed in the AOMEI program app although it can be found on the disk via windows explorer. Recently it has failed to verify backup images. I have been using AOMEI Backupper for a couple of years without any problems. ![]()
